Staff are really helpful and try their best to meet your expectations. Housekeeping did a wonderful job of servicing the room and keeping it very clean.

The buffet is expensve for the choice and quality of food offered.

Diverse breakfast options: continental, American, and Asian. 26th floor executive lounge offers tasty Chinese, European, and American breakfast choices with salad and fresh bread. Sea view rooms are lovely and Thai restaurant on site is excellent. Helpful staff and spacious, comfortable rooms.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel! The location is perfect, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding area, including GuLangYu island. We were very impressed with the diverse breakfast options, ranging from continental to American and Asian choices. The staff was very attentive and accommodating, allowing us to take food to our room when our son didn't want to eat in the restaurant. The service and facilities were superb, while the hotel's cleanliness surpassed our expectations.

We had a fantastic Christmas stay at this hotel. The rooms were extremely comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. We loved being able to walk to the nearby Zhongshan Road shopping district and enjoy the beautiful view of the river. The hotel also offered a delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options to choose from.

There were a few aspects that could have been improved. The cleanliness of the hotel was average and could have been better.

Cleanliness: Everything was fresh and clean in the hotel. Location in the neighbouring historic district: The hotel was close to some of the main attractions and to the shopping street. Breakfast: The breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff: The staff, especially the women at the front desk, were fluent in English and provided excellent service.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is a great base for exploring the local attractions. The ferry to an island is only a short walk away, and the bus station is just around the corner. The rooms are spacious and well-decorated, with comfortable bedding and excellent views of the city and harbour. There is also a delicious breakfast buffet to enjoy every morning.

The check-in process was a bit slow and disorganized.

We had a fantastic stay at Swiss International. The location was perfect, with a wonderful view of Gulangyu island from our room. The hotel was just a short walk away from Zhongshan Road, making it convenient for exploring.
